PROJECT INSTALLATION WORK

Sigram Flue Systems offer the complete flueing solution on our project flue installation work - contracts from technical input to the complete flue system installations.

This has resulted in Sigram Flue Systems being the first choice specification for flue projects of many Consultants, Specifiers, Health Authorities and Heating Companies.

Our Project Installation contracts include the following services:

Technical advice on flue product selection, configuration and design.

Site survey to ascertain project site dimensions and configuration.

Preparation and issue of flue system drawings for Client approval.

Preparation and issue of Health and Safety documentation.

Manufacture of flue systems, including bespoke specials as required.

Co-ordination with client regarding installation date.

Installation by our directly employed Installation Teams on agreed date.

INSTALLATION TEAMS

Sigram Flue Systems directly employs its own Installation Teams to maintain complete control of project programming and quality of installation.

Sigram Flue Systems Limited, are fully accredited to the Health and Safety Schemes:

CHAS, CONSTRUCTIONLINE and SAFECONTRACTOR

Prior to employment on site all installers must complete and pass an in-house and external training programme on Installation Work and Safe Systems of Working. They are also covered by a continuous development training plan of installation skills and Health and Safety.

All Installation team members have achieved and maintain Constructions Skills Certificate Scheme cards.

Charge-hands are also fully trained and certified with SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme), PASMA and IPAF. All project installation  work is controlled by a Project Manager from initial survey to completion.
